Full exhaust HONDA CBR600RR 2025 Evolution Line (Titanium) S-H6E5-ACT

This is a complete system made from high-quality, lightweight titanium and finished with a carbon fiber muffler. The headers have been optimized for increased performance. This track-focused exhaust system focuses primarily on weight reduction and increased performance, combined with a race-bred sound. The use of race-proven materials allows for a 52.6% weight reduction (4.7 kg) compared to the stock exhaust system. The system delivers an increase in power and torque of 5.2 kW (7.1 hp) at 14,000 rpm and 2.7 Nm at 6,000 rpm respectively compared to a Honda CBR600RR equipped with a stock system and tested on the Akrapovic dyno, with noticeable power increases in the mid- and high-rpm range. During development, engineers focused on throttle response and rideability for a system designed for use exclusively on closed-course racetracks.

ECU remapping is mandatory for optimal performance, throttle response and durability.

When installing the Evolution Line exhaust system on Euro5+ motorcycles (2 lambda probes), the check engine light may appear after identifying a deviation in the parameters of the stock catalytic converter.
