SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Unless otherwise agreed, shipments will be made via carriers designated by Norac Racing Parts or its representative. We ship using specialized express couriers to guarantee the highest level of service and product integrity.

THE EXPEDITION

Delivery times are indicative and approximately 2-3 business days from order processing. Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, traffic and road conditions in general, or by order of the authorities. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, deliveries will take place during office hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on all working days, Monday through Friday. Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer, who must provide a telephone number so the courier can contact them regarding delivery. Delivery times may depend on the location of receipt and the courier's conditions.

ATTENTION

We take great care in packaging our products. If the package appears damaged on the outside or broken upon delivery, please include the following statement on the delivery note along with your signature and that of the courier: I accept the package(s) subject to inspection because it is damaged. We ask that you notify us immediately of your acceptance with reservations. If the courier refuses to include the inspection reservation, reject the shipment immediately. In this case, too, please notify our Customer Care team immediately.
