Full exhaust YAMAHA YZ250/WR250F 2024-25 Evolution Line (Titanium) S-Y2MET17-FDHLT

This product is constructed entirely from lightweight, high-quality titanium alloys. The varying thicknesses in the various sections ensure perfect protection and reduce the overall weight—a saving of 19.7% (0.8 kg) compared to the standard exhaust—and allow the increased strength created by the design to provide greater resistance under the most demanding conditions. Designed to fit perfectly within the limited space of the motorcycle, it was engineered to be as large as possible within the available space. This increases soundproofing to mitigate the impact on the natural environment, while also facilitating better flow of exhaust gases from the combustion chamber with the least possible restrictions.

Power and torque levels increased by 0.5 kW (0.7 hp) at 12,500 rpm and 0.5 Nm at 12,000 rpm respectively when tested on the in-house dyno in back-to-back tests compared to a stock exhaust system. Offering greater response across the rev range, the Evolution Line (Titanium) features a new profiled surface, which influences the deep, full sound, and an integrated resonance chamber for optimal performance befitting the sound of an Akrapovic exhaust, all designed to meet FIM noise limits for racing.

Finished with a specially debossed logo, this isn't a sticker or engraving, but a different technique for adding the logo. Developed exclusively for use on closed racetracks, installation is simple and plug-and-play, with no remapping required.
