The slip-on is available with two different connection tubes for high or low mounting of the system. You can choose between:

Low mounting position: L-B12SO8T (for model years 2017-2020) and L-B12SO10 (for model year 2021)

Installation instructions for the BMW R NineT Scrambler: The low-mounted slip-on with connecting tube can only be mounted if the passenger frame is removed. An additional aluminum slip-on holder from the BMW accessories range (BMW part number 77 11 8 564 071) must be fitted. We also recommend covers for the main frame's threaded fasteners (BMW part number 77 25 8 536 857) to hide the unsightly screw connections on the main frame.

High mounting position: L-B12SO9T (for model years 2017-2020) and L-B12SO11 (for model year 2021)

When installing the L-B12SO9T or L-B12SO11 connecting tube, the passenger footrests must be removed.
