Utilizing race-proven materials, this exhaust features a high-quality titanium muffler outer sleeve, a stainless steel internal structure and link pipe, a carbon fiber muffler, and a carbon fiber heat shield, which provides an attractive finish and protects the passenger's gear. During development, engineers focused on throttle response and rideability, as well as designing the bike with durability in mind. Weighing 37.7% less (1.4 kg) than the standard version and delivering an increase in power and torque of 0.8 kW (1.1 hp) at 8,300 rpm and 0.9 Nm at 8,150 rpm compared to a Triumph Tiger 1200 equipped with the standard system, the exhaust delivers a deep, sporty sound. It comes with an EC/ECE type approval and is a plug-and-play installation with no remapping required.

This exhaust is suitable for the GT and Rally versions of the Triumph Tiger 1200 and is compatible with the original Triumph panniers.
