Full exhaust YAMAHA XSR 900 2022-25 Racing Line (Titanium) S-Y9R16-HDT/2

This neo-retro exhaust shape uses a design inherited from Akrapovic 30 years ago, now updated for today's market with the use of modern technologies, cutting-edge solutions and innovative materials.

The entire system is CE/PEC approved, with a catalytic converter incorporated into the layout to make it a Euro 5 product. The muffler outer sleeve is constructed from high-quality titanium, with every other component made from stainless steel, while the pre-muffler and muffler are sandblasted for a perfect finish. Included in the package are a black-coated muffler bracket and two heat shields, designed to protect your riding gear.

The muffler exits on the right side of the bike (the standard exhaust is underneath), emphasizing the bike's racing, retro look. The system delivers a deep, full, and crisp sound coupled with perfect throttle response. It adds 1.4 kW (1.9 hp) of power at 9,100 rpm and increases torque by 1.4 Nm at 9,800 rpm, as measured on the Akrapovic test bench compared to a Yamaha XSR900 with a stock exhaust system. Installation is plug-and-play, with no remapping required.
