Honda CRF 250 R/RX 2025 Evolution Line Full Exhaust System (Titanium) S-H2MET13-FDHLT

Custom made to fit the limited space available inside the motorcycle, this system combines performance and durability for the extreme conditions and rigors of off-road racing.

Constructed from lightweight, high-quality titanium alloys, with varying thicknesses of cross-section to ensure perfect protection and reduce overall weight. A new profiled surface influences the sound to meet FIM racing noise limits and adds strength and durability to the muffler, while delivering a deep, full sound that embraces the balanced pulsations of the single-cylinder engine.

The muffler is as large as possible within the available space. This increases sound insulation, reducing the impact on the natural environment while facilitating the flow of exhaust gases from the combustion chamber with the least possible restrictions. The increased resistance created by the design promotes durability and provides greater resistance under the most demanding conditions. It offers a more intense response across the rev range and an optimal feel when opening the throttle, giving the rider a great sense of control. Power and torque levels have been increased, with an increase of 0.5 kW (0.7 hp) at 4,750 rpm and 1.1 Nm at 4,770 rpm recorded on the in-house dyno in back-to-back tests with a standard exhaust system.

The Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust features a special logo embossing technique for increased durability and a titanium header with an integrated resonance chamber for optimal performance and sound, covered by a newly developed titanium heat shield. Installation is simple and plug-and-play, with no remapping required.

The exhaust system also fits the 2022 Honda CRF 300RX, but in this case remapping is required.
