Full exhaust Suzuki GSX-8S / 8R 2025 Racing Line (Carbon) S-S8R2-EEC

This is a completely new exhaust, designed from the ground up and constructed from lightweight, race-proven materials. The carbon fiber outer sleeve, heat shield, and muffler clamp, titanium end cap, stainless steel header, resonator, and link pipe, and black-coated aluminum muffler bracket reduce weight by 39.6% (3.2 kg) compared to the stock exhaust. The alternate exhaust routing places it on the right side of the bike (the standard version runs under the bike), resulting in a more racing-inspired look, while the carbon fiber heat shield provides heat protection and an eye-catching finishing touch. It delivers an increase in power and torque of 4.7 kW (6.4 hp) at 9,200 rpm and 4.7 Nm at 7,650 rpm respectively when tested on the Akrapovic dyno and compared to a Suzuki GSX-8S equipped with the stock system.

The exhaust features a resonator in the connecting pipe, which offers the rider a unique sound experience, with a lively, racing tone, without compromising performance.

This exhaust system is compatible with the original Suzuki soft side case set.

When installing the Racing Line (Carbon) exhaust system, the check engine light comes on, so it is mandatory to remap the ECU.
