Full exhaust system TRIUMPH TIGER SPORT 660 2024-25 Racing Line (Titanium) S-T6R2-CQTBL

A complete system consisting of a high-quality, black-coated titanium muffler outer sleeve and other stainless steel parts. Innovative technology has created an exceptional design for the bushings and flanges to accommodate oval-shaped header inlets: the header pipes were tapered from oval to cylindrical using hydroforming machinery.

With a massive weight saving of 3.3 kg (41%) compared to the stock system and an impressive power increase of 2.6 kW (3.5 hp) at 10,000 rpm and a torque increase of +2.5 Nm at 10,000 rpm measured on the Akrapovic test bench compared to a Trident 660 with the stock exhaust system, all combined with impeccable throttle response. A deep, full and vivid sound is achieved thanks to a specially tuned resonator in the link pipe to create a unique sound experience. Plug-and-play installation with no remapping required for a system developed for use on race tracks and closed courses.

Optional black-coated stainless steel heat shield available. This product is not compatible with Triumph original accessories, such as the Triumph side stand brackets and the Triumph belly pan.
